ACA International has new webinars planned on accounts receivable management (ARM) industry trends and regulations as well as Core Curriculum to help members achieve ACA’s designations. Here are the webinars planned for the first part of May.

Core seminars help you earn designations available through ACA. Our newly launched Designation Express education vehicle allows members to work toward designations on a consistent weekly schedule and network with ACA leaders and members.

Introduction to Collection Industry Compliance

This webinar with Beth Conklin, director, organizational training and development at State Collection Service Inc., will feature guidance on the complex web of regulatory entities that oversee the ARM industry and tips on how to sustain a culture of compliance. It includes a copy of ACA’s Compliance Checklist to help you start an effective Compliance Management System (CMS) as required by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
