ACA member company shares comments and feedback on the CFPB’s proposed debt collection rulemaking.

Following the release of ACA International’s comprehensive comments in response to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s first-ever proposed debt collection rule, member Christopher Mihoulides, president of Credit Counsel Inc., shared his feedback from a member perspective.
He said, in a news release, he believes the proposed rule will also affect the wider economy and concurred with ACA’s comments on the rulemaking.
