The ACA Women’s Conference is a goal-centered, engaging experience for women at every level. This one-day event held Nov. 2, 2022, at the Radisson Blu Aqua in Chicago, offers opportunities for networking, mentorship, career empowerment, and personal growth. We’re excited to bring this event back this year and want your help.
Here are three ways you can help us build the experience:
The first Women’s Workshop was held at ACA’s Fall Forum in 2021 and was open for women and professionals at every level of an organization.
“Last year’s workshop focused on identifying and overcoming challenges unique to women in the ARM industry. Whether it’s influence, resilience, or building strong professional relationships, participants will gain skills that will build them up and increase their confidence allowing them to rise to any challenge and ultimately overcome any obstacle set in front of them. We look forward to building the momentum of this initiative are excited for this year’s event,” said ACA’s Director of Education Kelli Krueger.

While we are seeking ideas for the sessions at this event, we also need leaders for those sessions. ACA is looking for volunteers to create and facilitate an engaging, interactive experience on the topics selected from a list of potential workshop sessions.
Ideally, facilitators will work in pairs to design and deliver a 60-minute session on one of the topics chosen. We need facilitators that want to create a session that is learner-centric and focused on active engagement from the participants. The main responsibility of facilitators is to ensure attendees are engaged and leave with tools they can use to develop themselves and build up other women in the industry.
Some potential workshop topics include:
- Real Confidence: Uncover the Science & Secrets That Truly Empower Everyone’s Potential
- Reimagined Thinking—Discover New Ways to Accomplish Your Goals
- The Snowball Effect: How to Create an Impact
- The Power of Vulnerability
- Leading Greatly: Steps to Being a Confident, Authentic & & Effective Leader
- And more!
If you are interested in volunteering to lead a workshop session or offer insight and ideas for the Nov. 2 conference, fill out the form before June 30! Sponsorships are also available.
