If you missed any of the presentations or need a refresher throughout this year, recordings and presentation materials have been archived for members to use.
The ACA Huddle CFPB Rule Series website has all the resources you need to help you understand the 600+ pages in part one of the rule, plus part two, and start to build compliance plans before the Nov. 30, 2021, effective date. Part two of the rule was published in the Federal Register Jan. 19.
ACA’s panel of experts continues to review the comprehensive rule and will be providing detailed analysis and compliance resources through articles, member alerts and additional webinars.
