March 3 races advance candidates vying for seats in November.

Former Vice President Joe Biden was victorious in at least nine of 14 states voting on March 3. Former candidates in the race U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., and former Mayor Pete Buttigieg endorsed Biden, The Hill reports.
Bernie Sanders won in California, but lost Texas to Biden.
Roll Call reports Alabama, Arkansas, California, North Carolina and Texas had primaries for congressional seats Tuesday. In Texas, two incumbents prevailed, Republican U.S. Rep. Kay Granger and Democrat U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar.
California, Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont all held elections Tuesday.
