New Reg F Client Education Series Featured in ACA’s September Hot Topic Courses

ACA International has multiple Hot Topic courses on accounts receivable management (ARM) industry topics coming in September, including a new three-part client education series on Reg F.

The September courses will also highlight artificial intelligence trends, best practices for mailing in the wake of the Hunstein decision and tips for developing your leaders’ coaching skills.

Here are the Hot Topic courses planned for September and October.

TGI-F! – How to Train Your Client Friday Series:

The Hand-off Letter & Anatomy of a Collection Notice

This course will provide a high-level overview of Reg F, its intent and the major areas it regulates to equip you with the best preparation before the Nov. 30, 2021, effective date. Speakers Leslie Bender, IFCCE, CCCO, senior counsel at Clark Hill PLC, LaDonna Bohling, IFCCE, chief compliance officer at Contract Callers Inc., and Debra Ciskey, IFCCE, executive vice president at CACi, will lead this Reg F course.

No Parking Zone: Debt Parking and Reg F

In the second of this Friday series, Bender, Bohling and Ciskey will return to lead a  course on the ins and outs of debt parking and how it relates to the CFPB’s Reg F.

LCM/Messaging/Locational Calls
