New Dates for Reg F Client Education Series Featured in ACA’s Hot Topic Courses

ACA International has multiple Hot Topic courses on accounts receivable management (ARM) industry topics coming in September and October, including a new three-part client education series on Reg F.

The September courses will also highlight artificial intelligence trends, best practices for mailing in the wake of the Hunstein decision and tips for developing your leaders’ coaching skills.

Cost-savings tip: If your company has multiple people attending ACA’s webinars, consider investing in the All-Access Training Zone, which includes bundled education from ACA at one low price.

Here are the remaining Reg F Hot Topic courses planned for September and October:

TGI-F! – How to Train Your Client Friday Series:

No Parking Zone: Debt Parking and Reg F

In the second of this Friday series, Bender, Bohling and Ciskey will return to lead a course on the ins and outs of debt parking and how it relates to the CFPB’s Reg F.

This course is from 2 to 2:30 p.m. CDT Sept. 24. Visit the course webpage to register.

LCM/Messaging/Locational Calls

The final course in the Friday series will cover legal and compliance management, limited content messages and how the Reg F safe harbor applies, text message restrictions, locational calls, and more. Bender, Bohling and Ciskey will lead the final course in this series.
