Here’s what to expect at Spring Forum, which is returning to Las Vegas, for another exciting conference.
ForwardTECH – An Experience in Technology Application for the Industry
The industry is posed for a technological revolution surrounding the way we conduct business and communicate with consumers and clients. This new and timely track opens on Wednesday, March 11, with a three-part deeper dive series covering:
- Common challenges faced when considering and embracing new technology.
- Demonstrations from a panel of vendors on how they handle many of the issues and concerns you are facing today.
- Feedback from operations professionals on how they use contemporary technologies in their organizations.
Business Intelligence: Explore What’s New in the Marketplace
ACA knows the landscape of data and business intelligence is changing fast and, to help, is developing sessions to expand your knowledge on tools and products in the marketplace.
The sessions at Spring Forum will build on compliance and operations guidance while presenting new concepts on focusing your audiences and tips to drive your business forward. Attendees will spend time learning from the successes of peers in the industry and incorporate best practices into your organization.
Compliance Designations
Advance your career and show your clients and colleagues that your team has the skills and knowledge to collect not only effectively, but compliantly. Earn one of these ACA designations through courses at Spring Forum to show you excel in your role as an ARM industry compliance professional.
Every course required to achieve your Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) designation is available at Spring Forum—plus you can get started on requirements for the Credit and Collection Compliance Professional (CCCP) designation. Three of the four CCCP course are available at Spring Forum, with the fourth course available online.
