Education opportunities from ACA International are becoming even more accessible. By using our Designation Express and badge program, you can advance your career in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry and proudly display your accomplishments to clients and colleagues.
Courses required for each designation are scheduled in weekly Monday/Wednesday/Friday series from 9:30-11 a.m. CST. ACA is also offering digital badges for members to proudly display their ACA designations through their email accounts, social media and websites.
The courses will help members collaborate with industry experts in real time and build connections with a cohort of peers and stay in touch via The Hub and the ACA mobile app. Each course can either be paid for individually or accessed through the purchase of the Training Zone, which enables access to all ACA live or recorded webinar events for your entire company at a bargain price. This includes opportunities such as:
- Core Curriculum courses, which present the fundamental principles of collections industry compliance and business management. Core courses are also the building blocks to earning ACA designations and certifications of proficiencies in particular areas of ARM industry knowledge.
- Hot Topic seminars, which include timely and relevant presentations on the latest issues, rules and regulations that affect your ARM industry business.
- The ACA Huddle, a weekly update on both federal and state legislation and regulation changes that impact the ARM industry, followed by a presentation on other important topics such as operations, compliance or advocacy. The ACA Huddle requires a one-time registration.
- Professional Collection Specialist (PCS) Designation, a designation for collectors who complete training in professional, ethical and compliant collection practices.
- Trainer Specialist (TSP) Designation, a designation that allows you to teach the Core collector courses “FDCPA Essentials for the ARM Industry” and “Essential Collection Skills and Techniques” at your own organization.
- Blueprint events for agencies to earn the Quality Management System certification, a certification that shows your clients that your agency is committed to professional practices, ongoing evaluation of business programs and continuous training.
