Daily Huddle: Join Us for Federal Advocacy and Regulatory Updates

Sports may be off television for the time being, but your team at ACA International is here for you through the Daily Huddle, a new, short, video series focused on daily updates regarding COVID-19. The daily series is free for members of ACA. Visit ACA's COVID-19 Updates page to access the series.

Both the federal and state governments are discussing or enacting legislation and regulations that will impact both collection activity and business operations of our member agencies. ACA's advocacy and compliance teams are tracking all this activity and will provide members with a daily update on the current landscape for receivables businesses.

The daily webinar series will be held each weekday at 11 a.m. Central Standard Time as long as needed.

Speakers include Leah Dempsey, vice president and senior counsel of federal advocacy, Andy Madden, vice president, state government and unit affairs and Colin Winkler, corporate counsel.

To get the full experience, be sure to log into the system using your computer, so that you can participate in the chat feature.

View all of ACA’s ongoing news, compliance, education and state and federal advocacy updates on the ACA News: COVID-19 Updates webpage.

Due to the tremendous response to ACA's Daily Huddle online events, we want members to be aware that our platform limits us to 1000 participants per event. Please note that if you are not able to participate live, we are recording the Huddle each day and posting the recording on the ACA Covid-19 Response web page.
