ACA International’s March 30 Daily Huddle, sponsored by Collectors Insurance Agency, will feature a discussion of tax credits in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) with Allison Gambill, attorney with Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck.
Gambill will discuss tax credits including:
- Section 2301 – Employee Retention Payroll Tax Credit
- Section 2305 – Modification of Credit for Prior Year Minimum Tax Liability of Corporations (AMT Credits)
- Section 2206 – Exclusion for Certain Employer Payments of Student Loans
- Section 3601 – Limitation on Paid Leave
- Section 3602 – Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act Limitation
- Section 3605 – Paid Leave for Rehired Employees
- Section 3606 – Advance Refunding of Credits
