ACA International President Jack Brown III released a statement recently on behalf of the Board of Directors announcing approval of a three-year strategic plan that aligns the association’s vision, mission, values and goals.
This ambitious strategic plan represents a disciplined effort to produce fundamental decisions and actions that will shape and guide ACA International’s ongoing future as a member centric organization.
Developing the strategic plan was a thoughtful process spearheaded by the Board of Directors, and particularly its treasurer, Scott Purcell. The Board sought staff input to carefully craft a strategic plan that is based on the overarching goal of helping members succeed.
ACA International is on a positive trajectory forward under the leadership and guidance of an effective Board of Directors that pursues its role with passion and a concise mission.
Our industry is rapidly changing due to advancing technology, policy decisions and fluid economic conditions. As the leading voice of the accounts receivable management industry, members are our top priority, and I think you will get a clear sense of our commitment to you as you read through our vision, mission, values and goals for the next three years.
ACA International will provide updates on our progress associated with the plan during upcoming Council of Delegates’ meetings and various other ACA International events.
