ACA International is planning ACA Huddle webinars in 2021 to keep members in the know about industry trends, state and federal advocacy updates and compliance requirements.
On Wednesday, Dec. 16, ACA will conclude the weekly ACA Huddles for this year with an update on the current landscape for receivables businesses. ACA’s advocacy and compliance teams are tracking federal and state government legislation and regulators’ activity to share with members. Register for the Dec. 16 ACA Huddle here. It will focus on a brief overview of the Alliance ACA Program and the Alliance Partner ABC Incorporated. Ted Smith, ACA's chief operating officer, will present with Nita Singh, CEO/President of American Business Communication Inc.
Daily ACA Huddles on part two of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s debt collection rule will begin within one to two business days of its release. More details on the webinar topics are available here.
