An electronic attendee list will be sent to your Tradeshow Coordinator on June 29, July 13 and July 29 to the designated Tradeshow Coordinator (listed on your exhibit application). List will include name, title, company, address and phone. Emails will be provided for those who did not opt out of receiving emails from sponsors or exhibitors. Solicitations made from each list should be limited to one-time (either by phone, mail or email).

Lead Retrieval units will be available for rent from Trade Show Leads. use the Lead Retrieval Order Form and submit by June 24 for savings!

The official drayage partner of the 2022 Convention is GES.

Visit the GES Service Kit for the official exhibitor kit of the show and to access the following information:

  • Shipping, Drayage and Material Handling
  • Cleaning Services
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) and Third Parties

Shipping: all shipping should be coordinated with GES. Find shipping information within the GES Service Kit.

Rosen Shingle Creek is unable to store display material and/or show merchandise either prior to or after the conclusion of the show. All exhibit materials which may inadvertently be delivered to Rosen Shingle Creek prior to the move-in will be forwarded to the drayage firm for handling of property.

Internet: Basic Wi-Fi throughout the meeting and expo space will be provided at no charge. If you need internet for product demos, it is highly recommended that you order and pay for a separate internet line.

AV Equipment is available through Bright AV. All AV orders are due by July 15. Click here for more information, pricing and ordering instructions.

Expo Hall Logistics:

  • Booth drayage colors will be black and gray.
  • Carpet: the ballroom is fully carpeted. Unless you want a certain color, carpet is not necessary.
  • Sound amplification is not allowed from booths.
  • Lead Retrieval: see below.

Affiliate Meeting Rooms are available at no cost to exhibitors and sponsors who are members of ACA International. Rooms will be available over three days. 

Affiliate Meeting Room Rules:

  • You must be a member of ACA International.
  • Three rooms are available and are provided to allow you space to meet one-on-one with current and potential clients.
  • Rooms are available to exhibitors and sponsors only.
  • Rooms will NOT be available every year at the ACA Convention. This opportunity is based on hotel availability.
  • Reservations are first-come, first-serve for all exhibitors and sponsors.
  • Maximum 4-hour time block is allowed. After June 30th, if there is any space left then you can reserve additional hours beyond your first 4 hours.
  • Room assignments will be published by July 9. All three of these rooms are close to each other and similar in size. ACA reserves the right to assign the room.
  • All rooms will be set with a conference table with 10-14 seats. Screen and projector will be provided. Cords provided are HDMI-to-HDMI or VGA-to-VGA. If you need an adapter, you must bring your own. ACA and the hotel will not provide adapters.
  • Microphone and sound equipment will not be allowed in the rooms. If you need audio for your laptop, you must bring your own speaker for the laptop.
  • Please be courteous and leave the room the way you found it. Other users and attendees will appreciate it!
  • Signs will be provided at the door with the schedule of who has the room during which time.
  • There is no rental fee for the room or the screen/projector.
  • Food and beverage will be allowed, at cost to you, only for those with 4-hour time blocks.

One complimentary booth staff is included with each 10’ x 10’ booth purchase. Registrations include: all convention sessions and meal functions (unless noted otherwise on the agenda), President’s Closing Celebration and Expo 2022. Special Events, Spouse/Guest Tickets are not included.

Register early, rates will increase July 6.

A limited number of rooms are blocked for ACA attendees; therefore, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available through the reservation deadline. Make your reservations early! To receive ACA’s group rate, be sure to book using the reservation link above. For those looking to extend their stay, group rate is also available three days pre- and post-event based on hotel availability at the time of booking. Credit card is required to hold your reservation. Room cancellations must be submitted directly to the hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival or otherwise one night’s room, fees and taxes will be charged.

Important Travel & Ground Transportation Notes
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is located 12.2 miles from the Rosen Shingle Creek. In addition to car rental and taxi, ground transportation options to/from MCO include Lyft and Uber.

Let others know you are exhibiting and/or sponsoring the event by adding an event image to your email signature or social media post.

As an exhibitor, you have the exclusive opportunity to add on an advertisement to your Convention experience. Advertisement options are a great compliment to your booth and can increase your onsite reach with attendees. Options are first-come-first-serve so act quick.

The Innovation Stage provides a platform for exhibitors and sponsors to deliver 15-minute presentations on the show floor on new technology or solutions that advance the credit, collections, and accounts receivables industries. It also allows attendees to hear about these solutions without having to miss breakout sessions.

Currently, 15 timeslots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, based on the time presentation proposals are submitted. ACA reserves the right to accept or reject submissions. 

Proposal submissions are closed. 

All exhibitors are required to abide by the following policies:

Booth Height Limit: No booths may be set higher than 8’ tall.

Booth Activities: Planning a fun activity or traffic builder at your booth? Remember, you cannot have an activity that is already being officially sponsored by another company. This includes lanyards, ice cream, etc. Not sure? Check in with us first at [email protected].

Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed on the show floor. Any requests for food, beverage or meeting rooms must be approved by ACA.
