Collector magazine is transitioning to a digital-first publication, starting with the September/October 2022 issue.
What does that mean? ACA International will continue to digitally publish Collector magazine on a bimonthly basis, and going forward we will also print one special edition a year: The July/August issue, which contains popular features such as our president’s profile and the annual vendor Resource Guide. The July/August issue will be available both digitally and in print.
“Our goal is to get Collector magazine in front of more people, and digital is the obvious way to do that,” said Anne Rosso May, Collector’s editor-in-chief. “That’s where we are going to see growth. This move will strengthen our ability to continue producing the award-winning content and in-depth articles that have made the magazine so successful, and it will also help us to foster deeper engagement with readers.”
The digital edition of Collector allows readers to page through articles online, click links for direct access to online content and advertiser information, download a PDF of the issue to read offline (or print specific pages) and even share it on social media sites to showcase your thought leadership.
Over the past several years, members have indicated a growing preference for receiving content through digital channels, but ACA is not abandoning print completely. In addition to the July/August edition of Collector, we will be printing and mailing members our annual accomplishments report, a member benefits showcase and an invitation to ACA’s 2022 Annual Convention & Expo.
“Collector is evolving, and I want to thank our advertisers and readers for supporting us and growing with us,” Rosso May said. “We’re extremely excited for what’s ahead.”
