With new regulations coming, leadership development has become more crucial than ever. To help, ACA International is offering accounts receivable management (ARM) industry leadership training during the Level Up Leadership Experience, Sept. 27-29, 2021, at Radisson Blu Mall of America.
“Continual leadership development is extremely crucial to the success of an organization. If you have not already provided training to your top employees, now is the time,” said ACA International’s Director of Education Kelli Krueger. “Attendees will leave this program refreshed and excited to return to their roles. I look forward to meeting everyone.”
Are you looking to improve your own skill set? Do you have an employee you’d like to develop or promote? Do you want to hear about best ideas from other organizations or learn about how they are coping with burning issues? If so, you’ll want to register for Level Up, which also includes an exclusive opportunity to tour ACA's corporate headquarters and a dinner with the ACA Board of Directors. Later this year, there will be two additional virtual events required for registered Level Up attendees on Oct. 26 and Nov. 16.
Ideal candidates for this program are ARM industry professionals who are current and future leaders within their organizations. Krueger will engage participants in conversations and activities about effective communication, dealing with difficult people, cultivating future leaders and more.
Participants will experience the highly coveted Best Ideas and Burning Issues discussions also held during the Committee of 100 meeting. Led by ACA President-Elect Courtney Reynaud, participants will learn specific concepts already in place by other organizations and engage in conversations about the industry’s current burning issues.
“Those that have attended the Committee of 100 meeting know the value of the Best Ideas and Burning Issues discussions. I am excited we are bringing this to Level Up for up-and-coming leaders and look forward to leading these discussions,” said Reynaud, president of Creditors Bureau USA. “I am also so excited to be sitting at the front table with Director of Education Kelli Krueger, who has taken ACA education far beyond the next level.”
Registration at Level Up is limited to 25 people.
The event also features an optional add-on tour at Paisley Park, the home and production complex of Prince, from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28. The Paisley Experience will offer a guided tour including studios where Price recorded, produced, and mixed some of his biggest hits; the soundstage and concert hall where Prince rehearsed for tours and held exclusive events; and NPG Music Club, where Prince held countless late-night performances.
The tour will be followed by dinner and drinks at Fat Pants Brewery. Guest tickets are also available. Transportation to Paisley Park and the brewery are included.
