Through sharing of best ideas and burning issues, participants will also be able to learn specific concepts already in place by other organizations. Participants will also have an exclusive opportunity to meet and enjoy dinner with the ACA Board of Directors.

Are You Multiplying the Intelligence of Your Employees or Diminishing It?

8:30 AM - 9:45 AM Session Details

Any leader can be placed on a scale between two categories, Multiplier and Diminisher. Multipliers amplify or multiply the intelligence of the people around them. They lead organizations or teams that are able to understand and solve hard problems rapidly, achieve their goals, and adapt and increase their capacity over time. Diminishers drain the intelligence, energy and capability from the ones around them. They lead organizations or teams that operate in silos, find it hard to get things done, and, despite having smart people, seem unable to do what’s needed to reach their goals. Which one are you?
