DCap Claims, a new member of the Alliance ACA program, is continuing its series of Hot Topic webinars focused on helping members file for claims and receive funds from an antitrust settlement.
To help answer members’ questions, DCap Claims has a FAQ document with all the details on the $5.5 billion antitrust settlement awarded by Visa/Mastercard and how it can help facilitate the claim filing process for ACA International members.
DCap Claims works directly with and on behalf of clients to file claims, maximize their value, communicate with claims administrators, counsel and service claims through ultimate recovery.
“Companies eligible for claims are due monies from the claims regardless of their size,” said Mark Valenti, vice president of business development at DCap Claims. “Don’t let this opportunity slip away.”
If you missed the first webinar in February, Valenti is hosting three more webinars for members to learn how simple it is to collect the funds you deserve March 5, April 9 and May 7.
As a third-party filer of B2B antitrust settlement claims, DCap Claims has been contracted by ACA to help its members with the process of filing a claim for this antitrust settlement to receive the funds due to them.
Transactions that occurred between Jan. 1, 2004, and Jan. 25, 2019, are eligible and equate to a refund of a portion of the credit card interchange fees you’ve been paying all this time.
“In order to receive a refund, you must file a claim, and DCap Claims can help you with that process,” said ACA CEO Mark Neeb in his latest column in the March issue of Collector Magazine. “They are the premiere claims filer and will assist ACA members every step of the way and see to it that the claims get paid by filing your claim, communicating with the claims administrator and class counsel and completing the process through payment.”
DCap Claims works on a contingent basis so there is no risk to ACA members and they have successfully claimed over $200 million for their clients in other markets.
Visit www.acainternational.org/alliance for more information and get the refund you deserve. You can register for the next Hot Topic webinar March 5 here.
