In 2008, the Pennsylvania Collectors Association and the Seaboard Collectors Association merged to form a new unit, the Mid-Atlantic Collectors Association (MACA), now serving members in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
As the third-largest unit of ACA International, MACA works closely with ACA to help define and shape policies, programming, and special initiatives which impact our industry. We are committed to elevating and maintaining a high and ethical standard of collection practices, and we promote the honorable and fair dealings of collection agencies with each other, their clients, and the general public.
