RevSpring, an ACA International member company in Livonia, Michigan, announced a new position this fall, executive vice president – healthcare chief commercial officer.
Valerie Mondelli, a leader with over 20 years of experience and exceptional results in health care and financial data and technology, recently accepted the position. In this role, Mondelli will drive sales efforts and market strategy for RevSpring in the health care market.
She brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operations experience with leading health care organizations, spanning retail pharmacy, health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers and e-commerce to the company.
“I’m thrilled to have Valerie join the executive team and lead us through our next phase of growth,” said RevSpring CEO Scott MacKenzie in a news release. “Her understanding of health care, combined with a strong ability to connect with customers and match them with value-driven solutions will not only propel RevSpring forward, it will reflect in the success of our clients, new and existing.”
Previously, Mondelli was the chief revenue officer at Verisys, where she built and executed the growth strategy, for three years. Under her leadership, Verisys helped retail, hospital, payer and government customers improve patient safety by verifying and monitoring providers to make sure they were always in good standing.
Mondelli also has over 20 years of experience in diverse markets including health care information technology, software, financial network services and payment platforms and the pharmaceutical vertical. She started her career at Eli Lilly & Company, where she served in various sales and marketing roles. She then entered fintech, where she served in various business development roles at FiServ. For over a decade, Mondelli ran sales and account teams, operations and marketing teams at RelayHealth, a division of McKesson. She worked closely with retail, hospital and pharmaceutical customers to build the largest and leading pharmacy connectivity network, which later acquired Cover My Meds.
