The team at State Collection Services was recently named a “Top 25 Innovative Agency” by Receivables Advisor Magazine.
In its quest to provide an outstanding patient experience combined with strong financial performance for health care providers nationwide, State has made significant investments in innovative technology:
- Live speech analytics which provide real-time agent assistance as well as call recording and scoring for every patient interaction.
- Extensive use of business analytics intelligence, including predictive modeling that continually improves over time and goes beyond standard account scoring.
- Gamification to enable agent self-monitoring compared to goals.
“As we celebrate our 70th anniversary, we are honored to have our team recognized for the outstanding work we do every day on behalf of our clients,” said Tim Haag, State’s president, in a news release. “We are grateful to have the opportunity to assist health care providers by harnessing the power of technology to deliver an improved patient experience and financial performance.”
In addition to the company’s nominated as an Innovative Agency, Tina Hanson, IFCCE, executive vice president; Tracy Dudek, chief operating officer; and Beth Conklin, account executive, also received nominations for the Receivables Advisor Professional of the Year Award.
