This year was like no other, but despite the changes our society and the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry experienced, ACA International continued to thrive.
To ensure you keep the benefits of being an ACA member, renew your membership by Jan. 1, 2021. Either renew online or use the renewal invoice mailed to you on or around Dec. 15. A duplicate will also be mailed at the end of December.
ACA CEO Mark Neeb commented on what is to come in 2021.
“2020 proved to be a challenging year for everyone, but it only provided more opportunities for ACA to connect with and serve members by learning more about their day-to-day needs,” Neeb said. “We will build on our strengths from 2020 and continue to offer top education, compliance and advocacy resources.”
