PCS Express: Essential Collection Skills and Techniques
For this three-day course, Helfrich and Venditti will cover the three Essential Collection Skills and Techniques and a roadmap of eight collection call checkpoints to help you achieve positive verbal communication with consumers.

Blueprint Quality Management System Foundational Training
In this session, earn ACA’s Blueprint certification to form a foundation for Requests for Proposals, licensing, regulators and industry certifications. Healthcare Collection Management (HCM designation)
This course will discuss the risks and benefits of health care collections, then dive into advanced operational topics, such as federal laws, the health care account lifecycle, strategies for collecting self-pay and Medicare accounts, as well as the basics of working with charitable providers. Irene Hoheusle, vice president, collections and education at Account Recovery Specialist Inc., will lead the course.

ACA Trainer Specialist Designation Workshop: The Reg F Spotlight!
