The Southwest Collectors Association (SWCA) is sponsoring an important educational webinar for all ACA International member companies at noon CST, Thursday, Nov. 12.
The Collections Coach and Debra Ciskey, IFCCE, executive vice president at CACi in St. Louis, are leading the webinar.
In her 40 years of service to the collection industry, Ciskey has been deeply involved in developing and teaching compliance programs for ACA. Her approach is behavior based, steeped in the belief that collectors must not only know what the law requires, but also how to perform their jobs effectively in the compliance context. She is a recognized authority on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act compliance and a motivational and entertaining presenter.
This is a complimentary webinar for your collection staff and management as well.
“This session discusses concerns we hear the most from front line staff, including handling verbal disputes, overshadowing, call baiting, UDAAP and more,” Ciskey said. “These are issues your staff deals with almost daily and the webinar will equip them with tools and techniques to appropriately stay compliant when facing these issues.”
