Coast Professional Inc. (Coast) recently promoted Tara Bailey to senior director of operations and hired Diana Day as national account executive.
Bailey will be managing the company’s Elma, New York, office and Day will be working from her office in Russellville, Ohio. The staffing changes are a result of the employees’ experience and exemplary success, as well as the company’s significant growth over the past year.
Bailey started with Coast in 2010 as a consumer care representative and continually advanced her career, which led to her recent promotion. In her new role, Bailey will be responsible for Coast’s federal government contracts and she brings more than 15 years of defaulted loan resolution experience to the role. Through her time with Coast, Bailey has helped maintain the company’s outstanding results.
Day started with Coast in May 2019 and was brought on to help establish the company’s newest business lines. She has more than 19 years of government relations and sales experience as well as significant experience in sales, marketing and client service for accounts receivable management companies.
