Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives continue to gain traction in the corporate world, but how can you develop one that matches your organization’s goals and priorities?
Cori Power, manager, learning and development at BerganKDV, will provide the answer as well as tips on how to start building a robust DEI initiative within your organization during the next ACA Huddle for members at 11 a.m. CDT Wednesday, Sept. 9
“I believe those in management or anyone working to create a DEI program within their organization should definitely attend the ACA Huddle presentation,” Power said. “The big takeaway here will be an understanding of what DEI is and how you can develop a DEI program for your organization.”
