To join ACA International as an affiliated vendor member, complete an application and return it to us with your payment. The application requires naming three references of customers you currently serve; credit or collection company clients are preferred.

ACA Council of Delegates – Affiliate Division Representatives. The Council of Delegates meets at the Annual Convention to elect the ACA Board of Directors and approve amendments to the Association’s Bylaws. During the year, the group receives reports of the Association and provides feedback to the Board of Directors. Affiliate Division representatives are elected each year.
Opportunities at the state level. There are dozens of state and regional collection associations (units) affiliated with ACA International. Company members in the U.S. have dual membership in their local unit and ACA. Units are independently incorporated organizations having their own bylaws and boards of directors.
