Attendee Contact List
An electronic attendee contact list will be sent to your Tradeshow Coordinator on July 5, July 19 and August 4. List will include name, title, company, address and phone. Emails will be provided for those who did not opt out of receiving emails from sponsors or exhibitors. Solicitations made from each list should be limited to one-time (either by phone, mail or email).

A limited number of rooms are blocked for ACA attendees; therefore, we cannot guarantee rooms will be available through the reservation deadline. Make your reservations early! To receive ACA’s group rate, be sure to book using the reservation link below. For those looking to extend their stay, group rate is also available three days pre- and post-event based on hotel availability at the time of booking. Credit card is required to hold your reservation. Room cancellations must be submitted directly to the hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival or otherwise one night’s room, fees and taxes will be charged.

No third-party company or housing service is authorized to act on behalf of ACA International or the official event hotel(s) listed above. Be aware of potential fraud with third-party companies. Please use only the phone numbers and links provided above to reserve your room. Any companies claiming to represent ACA International, the ACA Convention or the above venues should not be trusted.
Important Travel & Ground Transportation Notes
Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is located 11.6 miles (20 minutes) from the Hilton Chicago. O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is 18.2 miles from the hotel or 25-45 minutes depending on traffic. In addition to car rental and taxi, ground transportation options to/from MDW and ORD include Lyft and Uber.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) & Third Parties
If you are hiring an outside company to set your booth, you must complete an EAC form and return it along with supplementary materials to GES. Find additional information and submit your form in the GES service kit.

As an exhibitor, you have the exclusive opportunity to add an advertisement to your Convention experience. Options are limited and are first-come-first-serve. Reach out to today to add on.
Billboard: $950
A free-standing double-sided 7’ tall by 3’ wide sign with content 100% customized to your brand. Limited to 5; first-come-first-serve.
Attendee Bag Insert: $950
Single-page flyer inserted into the Attendee Bag. Limited to 10; first-come-first-serve basis.
Expo Hall Aisle Sign: $950
Add your company logo and branding to an Expo Hall aisle sign. Limited to 1 company per aisle; first-come-first-serve basis.
Innovation Stage: Proposals Closed
The Innovation Stage provides a platform for exhibitors and sponsors to deliver 15-minute presentations on the show floor on new technology or solutions that advance the credit, collections, and accounts receivables industries. It also allows attendees to hear about these solutions without having to miss breakout sessions. All Innovation Stage sessions are included in the schedule and are indicated with “[Innovation Stage]” at the start of the session title.
Proposals closed Friday, May 12. ACA is not receiving additional proposals at this time.
Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval units will be available to rent from Trade Show Leads. Use the Lead Retrieval Order Form and submit by July 7 for savings!
Onsite Resources: Electric, Shipping, Internet, Booth Rentals & more
The official drayage partner of the 2023 Convention is GES.
GES Service Kit
Visit the GES Service Kit for the official exhibitor kit of the show. If you are interested in renting booth structures or furniture, additional information is in this service kit.
Shipping:
- Shipping with GES: find shipping information within the GES Service Kit.

Electricity: is available through Hilton Chicago. Email Jackie Washington at Jacqueline Washington at [email protected] to inquire.
Internet/AV Equipment: Basic Wi-Fi throughout the meeting and expo space will be provided at no charge. If you need internet for product demos, it is highly recommended that you order and pay for a separate internet line.

Expo Hall Logistics:
- Booth drayage colors will be black and gray.
- Carpet: the ballroom is fully carpeted. Unless you want a certain color or padding, carpet is not necessary.
- Sound amplification is not allowed from booths.
- Lead Retrieval: see “Lead Retrieval” section above.
Meeting Space to Connect with Clients
Shared Meeting Rooms are available at no cost to exhibitors and sponsors who are members of ACA International. Rooms will be available over three days.
Meeting Space Rules:
- You must be a member of ACA International.
- Three rooms are available and are provided to allow you space to meet one-on-one with current and potential clients.
- Rooms are available to exhibitors and sponsors only.
- Rooms will NOT be available every year at the ACA Convention. This opportunity is based on hotel availability.
- Reservations are first-come, first-serve for all exhibitors and sponsors.
- Maximum 4-hour time block is allowed. After June 30th, if there is any space left then you can reserve additional hours beyond your first 4 hours.
- Room assignments will be published by July 9. All three of these rooms are close to each other and similar in size. ACA reserves the right to assign the room.
- All rooms will be set with a conference table with 10-14 seats.
- Microphone and sound equipment will not be allowed in the rooms.
- Please be courteous and leave the room the way you found it. Other users and attendees will appreciate it!
- Signs will be provided at the door with the schedule of who has the room during which time.
- There is no rental fee for the room or the screen/projector.
- Food and beverage will be allowed, at cost to you, only for those with 4-hour time blocks.

Private meeting space may be available for purchase through Hilton Chicago.
We will allow receptions during the following times:
- Wednesday, July 26 – 7:00 p.m. or later (after the Expo Welcome Reception)
- Thursday, July 27 – 9:00 p.m. or later (after the ACPAC event)

Register Your Exhibit Staff
Registration of onsite exhibit staff is a separate process required for all onsite staff.
One complimentary exhibit staff is included with each 10’ x 10’ booth purchase. Registrations include: all convention sessions and meal functions (unless noted otherwise on the agenda), President’s Closing Celebration and Expo 2023. Special Events, Spouse/Guest Tickets are not included.

Show Rules & Regulations
All exhibitors are required to abide by the following policies:

Booth Height Limit: No booths may be set higher than 8’ tall.
Booth Activities: Planning a fun activity or traffic builder at your booth? Remember, you cannot have an activity that is already being officially sponsored by another company. This includes lanyards, ice cream, latte station, etc. Not sure? Check in with us first at [email protected].
Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed on the show floor. Any requests for food, beverage or meeting rooms must be approved by ACA.
