Nordis Technologies, a Coral Springs, Florida-based ACA member, recently recruited Paola Buitron-Bouw as its corporate counsel and compliance officer, and Leana Maharaj as director of accounting. Lesster Maspoch was promoted to vice president of application development.
“Paola, Leana and Lesster bring proven experience and fresh perspectives to the Nordis management team,” said Ronnie Selinger, founder, CEO and president. “Their expertise and leadership will help us manage Nordis’ rapid growth and capitalize on new market opportunities,”
In his new role, Maspoch is overseeing a major rearchitecting and upgrading of Nordis’ Expresso® CCM software.
“Lesster has been instrumental in innovating and expanding Expresso. He and his team continue to build capabilities that meet our clients’ needs and the rising expectations of their customers, patients and property owners for choice and convenience in communications,” Selinger said.

Buitron-Bouw is Nordis’ first in-house counsel and manages compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
“Paola’s depth of knowledge and experience in navigating the complex compliance environment, particularly in health care, is an immense asset to Nordis and its customers,” Selinger said.
Maharaj joins Nordis Technologies in a new position. As director of accounting, she oversees the company’s accounting and finance functions, including accounting policy and processes, standards and regulatory compliance and accounts payable and receivable.
