Members of ACA International’s Creditors International Division (CI) are involved with first-party collections and credit management, holding such positions as credit managers, lenders, credit union executives, risk managers and others who work on the front end of the credit cycle. CI members can come from a variety of industries, including automotive, banks and finance, checks, credit cards and retail, education, government, health care, mortgage, services, technology and e-commerce, telecom and utilities.
The CI portion of the ACA website includes tools and resources designed to assist members in their daily practices. Both veteran and new CI members will find credit and collection industry trends, education, training and compliance information.
