ACA International’s Annual Convention & Expo July 20-22 in Orlando is the perfect place to learn from well-known accounts receivable management industry experts—and you can be a part of it.
It’s time to reserve your spot to attend the association’s flagship event.
If you are interested in attending but need help convincing your manager to send you, we’ve prepared a template letter for this event that you can personalize to help you make your case.
It walks you through how to calculate the total cost to your organization and there are spaces in the letter where you can add names of colleagues or vendors in the industry you know who will be attending and who you would like to connect with for the benefit or your company. Print out the letter and bring it to a face-to-face meeting with your manager, or email it and schedule time to discuss it. Feel free to use this content in your own version of a letter as well.
We know travel costs are increasing and changing frequently, making now the time to talk with your manager and use the letter’s helpful steps to determine the cost for your organization.
The convention’s headquarters, the Rosen Shingle Creek, is conveniently located within a 15-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport. Once you book your trip and register, ACA also recommends coordinating transportation from the airport to the hotel. Rideshare services can be reserved in advance when you land, which will decrease the wait time. ACA has heard rideshare wait times have increased in recent weeks due to demand, so planning ahead will save you time and money.
Convince Your Boss
ACA’s convention will feature a lineup of inspiring keynotes on the main stage, as well as industry innovators and experts who will share business operation tips and insights in education sessions. It’s our largest event of the year and features networking opportunities and social gatherings for everyone, including first-time attendees, new members, young professionals and women in collections. Limited tickets are available for ACPAC’s event at Stumpy’s Hatchet House.
