The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau issued wide-ranging substantive amendments to Reg F in two parts on Oct. 30, 2020, and Dec. 18, 2020. The complete final rule took effect on Nov. 30, 2021, and has been codified at 12 C.F.R. Part 1006.
