We wanted to bring you all together in-person for IGNITE (formerly Spring Forum) but we just don’t think the world is ready for the creative energy you’ve got, so we look forward to seeing you online in March!

2020 caused, for many of us, a paradigm shift in how we think about business. IGNITE is going to be all about how we can transform further than we have already to reignite our businesses. What new products, services, markets are available and how do we create new agile Operational and Compliant business models to manage it all?

IGNITE will have two session tracks:  
Track one: Fueling Operation Transformation
Track two: Compliance, The New Tomorrow
 

Call for Speakers


Submissions Due: January 20, 2021

If you have game-changing ideas to inspire the industry, submit a session proposal by January 20th!

All proposals will be evaluated by the following criteria:

  • Originality of the presentation material.
  • New approaches to current and emerging issues.
  • Significance and depth of content.
  • Timeliness of the topic.
  • The professional experience and background of the presenter(s)

Presentations will be 40 minutes long and speakers who are chosen will receive a discount on their registration fee.

Automated lead retrieval process

Within the virtual platform, lead retrieval is automatic for all vendors at no additional cost. Attendees who stop by your booth will be tracked throughout the event. As booth staff, you have the ability to be notified as visitors enter your booth space as well as see the Booth Visitor log, tracking attendees who entered and exited your booth. Data will be captured and shared with you according to your appropriate sponsor tier.   

Innovation Stage   
The Innovation Stage will be interwoven in the IGNITE agenda. Traditionally offered on the Convention Expo floor, this opportunity provides a platform for select vendors to deliver pre-recorded 15-minute presentations on new technology or solutions that advance the credit, collections, and accounts receivables industries. Invite attendees to join your scheduled time and engage with session participants during the simulive presentationusing the chat function. Attendee list and chat transcript will be provided to each presenter immediately following the session.   

Direct member contact at your finger-tips          
Say goodbye to playing “Where’s Waldo” to find a specific attendee. The virtual platform offers both 1:1 chat and video chat between all attendees on the platform. Reach out before, during or after the event – or all three!   

Attendee Products & Service Needs Identified   
ACA will assist attendees in finding vendors who match their identified product and/or service needs. Breakout sessions will incorporate applicable vendors to steer session attendees to matching booths.    

Customized booth designs                                   
If you exhibited at Convention or Fall Forum, your booth is already built! You’ll have the opportunity to make edits and changes if desired. For new vendors, your customized booth space will be built in partnership with ACA staff. Booth assets include video, images, website links and PDFs.   

Customized web link   
Your customized booth space will come with a unique URL for pre-event marketing. Access to the link and virtual platform will require event attendees to sign into the platform; all individuals are required to be a registered attendee to access the virtual platform.
