ACA International is governed by its Council of Delegates and Board of Directors. Volunteering in ACA’s governance expands your professional network, exposes you to new opportunities, and gives you a meaningful role in improving the accounts receivable management industry.
Right now, we’re looking for candidates to serve on ACA’s 2024/25 Council of Delegates.
The ACA Council of Delegates is responsible for:
- Electing directors to serve on the ACA Board of Directors.
- Receiving, reviewing, and conveying other business of the council, including association reports.
- Voting on COD appointments to the Leadership Development Committee.
Serving and representing your division on the Council of Delegates is an invaluable opportunity. You will have the chance to gain leadership experience, develop business relationships and weigh in on critical policy decisions.
Pursuant to the most recent ACA census, each of the following constituencies is entitled to elected council representation on the following basis:
- Affiliate Division: Three (3) elected delegates
- Attorney Division: One (1) elected delegate
- Creditor Division: Three (3) elected delegates
- International Division: One elected delegate per each of the following five regions:
