Along with a shift to being employee-owned, Bloodhound is introducing fresh, new branding to the ACA member company.

ROYDAN Enterprises Ltd., an ACA International member company based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, announced last week that they have changed their name to Bloodhound Software.
Although ROYDAN’s debt collection software solutions have been known by the Bloodhound name since 1998, it had not been emphasized as the company’s primary brand until their recent change to employee ownership.
“Our customer base and industry partners already thought of us as Bloodhound for many years,” said Megan Manis, chief customer officer of Bloodhound. “As we embrace our new company direction as employee owners, we felt elevating the Bloodhound name was the perfect fit to show our long-term commitment to our customers and our investment in their continued success.”
Bloodhound has unveiled updated branding that includes a new logo and new “Real People, Real Solutions” tagline.
“The new tagline emphasizes the things our customers love most about us—that we are down-to-earth people who get to know them and their business, and that we focus on providing real solutions that meet the unique needs of each of our customers,” Manis said.
Along with the new branding, the company has also launched a new website, bloodhoundsolutions.com, to showcase their current product and service offerings, as well as company news.
The new branding was unveiled at Bloodhound’s exhibitor booth at ACA International’s Annual Convention & Expo held in Orlando, Florida, July 20-22.
“We are excited to move forward with renewed focus as we set the stage for the continued evolution of our collection software product suite and continued growth in the marketplace,” Manis added.
