VoApps DirectDrop Voicemail, an ACA International member company based in Atlanta, announced Friday that it is now part of the NICE family within the CX Division. As part of NICE, VoApps will have new levels of support and resources in order to build a better service for their clients.
NICE is a leader in CCaaS, workforce engagement management and conversational intelligence AI solutions, and has a successful track record for its effective acquisitions.
“The VoApps team, our nimble processes and quick and trustworthy support are not changing,” said Todd Santa Maria, president of VoApps, in an announcement. “Our personal, hands-on, direct relationships will not change either and should only improve from this move. We’ll be building in more features and more value for you in the longer term.”
He added, “We’re very excited about this next step in our journey.”
Last month, NICE also acquired LiveVox, a leading AI-driven proactive outreach provider and ACA member company based in San Francisco.
