This session, part of ACA’s new Business Optimization Series, will discuss how to get the biggest bang for your buck with your marketing and sales-related dollars, including a deep dive into online tools and strategies you can use to improve the brand position of your organization and details on how to evaluate physical marketing and branding opportunities. Receivables marketing veteran Adam Parks, CEO of the Branding Arc marketing firm, will lead this session and share his thoughts and experiences from almost 20 years of experience working for collection agencies, debt buyers, law firms and creditors.

Data Reporting: Compliance & Operational Metrics
John Bedard, owner of Bedard Law Group PC, and Jeremy Nixon, owner of Rockbridge Consulting LLC, will embark on a four-part series to do a deep dive into how you can become more efficient with data to make strategic decisions.
Each seminar in this series will go deeper into compliance and operations metrics and decision making. By the end of the series, you will have firm ideas and possibilities to consider how you can use data to maximize your performance and minimize litigation risk. In the first session, Bedard and Nixon will concentrate on what metrics you should focus on and high-level goal setting. The series is scheduled for the following Wednesdays at 2 p.m. CST, March 23, May 18, July 27 and Sept. 21.

After Reg F, How Do Consumers Actually Want to Communicate With Debt Collection Agencies?
Email, texting and even social media are now deemed acceptable ways to communicate with consumers about their debt. Kaitlyn Filipi, product manager, and Alex Villafranca, CEO, at Arbeit, will lead this seminar by discussing a survey on consumer preferences related to email, texting, social media and phone calls, and will share their results. If you are using different channels of communication to reach consumers, this information will inform your strategy going forward.
