ACA International’s customized job roles and communications preferences allow you to tailor your online experience and take advantage of the educational offerings that best fit you and your employees’ specific roles.
Our online store features a list of job roles to choose from so you can filter relevant educational courses and resources included with your Training Zone membership.

Updating Professional Roles
Along with ACA’s online store customization, members can also identify what role each employee plays in your organization and easily set communication preferences for each person through the website.
A note: Every person who logs into ACA’s website has the ability to designate their personal role, but only people who have been listed as your company’s main contact or trainer in ACA’s database can update roles for other team members, ensuring that the information is consistent and accurate. We’ve made it very easy for you to see and manage everybody’s roles all at one time.

To get started:
- Log in to org
- In your profile, click on Company, and scroll down to the Company Contacts section.
- Click the blue Edit button to make your changes
- Click Save.
If you aren’t a main company contact or a trainer but want to change your personal role, click on Profile and then Your Organizational Roles.
