Learn.net’s software platform, Eterna, has announced that customers now have access to a new pool of test questions on the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) as part of their subscription.
The Eterna program helps employees create “good habits” through daily test questions with reinforcing feedback and features an extensive library of tests on topics such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (including Reg F), Fair Credit Reporting Act, cybersecurity and more—now including the GLBA rules.
GLBA rules apply to companies that offer consumers financial services, like banks, credits unions, and collection agencies, requiring them to explain their information-sharing practices to their customers and to safeguard sensitive data.
Eterna Administrators can add the GLBA test to their own program or contact [email protected].
