ACA How – ChatGPT: Practical Uses for ChatGPT & Prompt Engineering in Compliance & Collections

This ACA How series, led by Porter Morgan, partner at Martin Lyons Watts Morgan PLLC, will take place over the course of six weeks and will include three unique sessions covering interactive demonstrations and participation in various prompts. The second part of this series will take a practical deeper dive into different prompts and departments within your organization that could use ChatGPT.

Healthcare Collection Management: Advanced Topics for the HCM Designation

This course, led by Irene Hoheusle, vice president of collections and education at Account Recovery Specialists Inc., will discuss the risks and benefits of healthcare collecting and then dive into advanced operational topics related to healthcare collection, such as federal laws, the healthcare account lifecycle, strategies for collecting self-pay and Medicare accounts, and the basics of working with charitable providers.

Mastering the Sales Process: Identifying and Closing Deals

In part two of this four-part series, Adam Parks, founder and CEO of Branding Arc, and Jason Hiland, executive vice president of sales at CollaborationRoom.ai, will teach you how to identify and approach potential clients, communicate value, negotiate deals and close sales. They will also cover topics such as customer discovery, value propositions, pricing strategies and objection handling. Geisler, president of Cherrywood Enterprises, will explore different options for collecting on purchased debts and cover the pros and cons of collecting debts in-house versus outsourcing to an external agency, as well as the options for sending debts to legal. Participants will learn how to evaluate the potential costs and benefits of each option and how to make an informed decision about the best approach for their business.
