ACA International’s four-part Marketing and Sales Mastery webinar series starting Wednesday, March 8, and led by Adam Parks, founder and CEO of Branding Arc, will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in marketing and sales roles.
“Sales and business development in the receivables management industry are different than other businesses,” Parks said. “In this webinar we are going to focus on how to get the most from your sales, business development and marketing efforts in our unique industry.”
This program is a comprehensive training series designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in marketing and sales roles. Wednesday, March 8, 2023: Marketing Fundamentals—Identifying and Targeting Customers and Employees

Topics include targeting communications, positioning your service, demonstrating expertise and getting the biggest bang for your marketing dollar.

Wednesday, June 7, 2023: Mastering the Sales Process—Identifying and Closing Deals
This session will teach you how to identify and approach potential clients, communicate value, negotiate deals and close sales. Parks will cover topics such as customer discovery, value propositions, pricing strategies, and objection handling. Gain experience in the real world of sales by registering for this course, and learn how to build relationships with customers.

Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023: Client Relationships—Building and Maintaining Positive Connections

Wednesday, Oct. 18: Strategic Planning—Working on Your Business for Success.
In this session, you will learn how to set long-term goals and create a plan to achieve them, as well as how to assess and respond to changes in the business environment. Topics include goal setting, analysis of the competitive landscape, market research and tactics for success.
