ACA International is introducing an enhanced online shopping experience this week, featuring a number of upgrades that make it easier than ever to find the products you need.
The new store allows visitors to search for products based on your job role, the professional designation you are working to achieve, product format, topic and more.
Do you subscribe to ACA’s Training Zone? If so, you already know that you get access to dozens of ACA webinars and recordings. But now we’ve made it even easier to spot those products by including a Training Zone logo on each one as it applies.
The new store also features a handy section called My Items, where you can see the education, compliance guides, subscriptions, designations and registrations you’ve purchased or listened to.

Additional ACA Enhancements
The online store isn’t the only thing we’ve enhanced this year. A few weeks ago, ACA announced the ability for members to identify what role each employee plays in your organization and easily set communication preferences for each person. This improvement will enable ACA to send information tailored to each employee’s specific role in your organization.
So, for example, accountants will receive a notice when we have a webinar on budgeting (check it out on Dec. 13) and trainers will be notified when we have a webinar on using artificial intelligence to create conversation simulations (coming Nov. 14).
“We are very excited to see these role-based customization items come to fruition,” said David Williams, president and CEO of Williams & Fudge and ACA’s president-elect. “Our industry is one in which it is very beneficial for those with similar roles to be able to communicate with each other. The ability for ACA to also provide training and education that will be tailored for different positions will add value for our members.”
