Hub FOMO—the fear of missing out on conversations happening on The Hub—doesn’t have to ruin your day.
When you joined ACA International, you became connected to the wider community of accounts receivable management professionals. The easiest way to interact with your peers is through ACA’s private online discussion community, The Hub. When you participate on The Hub, you’re able to ask questions, follow discussions, and share ideas and photos.
Right now, members on The Hub are sharing their thoughts on:
- Balancing a clean desk policy with the need for multi-factor authentication
- Reg F and validation notices
- Tips for emailing consumers
- Credit card processing
- And more!
Below are some practical tips to help you get started on The Hub. If you’ve never posted or responded to someone’s question on The Hub, today is a good day to start! You can always reference our handy FAQ sheet for The Hub if you have questions.
First, an important note: The Hub is only available to ACA members. That’s why to access The Hub, you must first log in to acainternational.org. The Hub is available by clicking on the “H” icon in the top right corner of almost any page on ACA’s website or by visiting The Hub home page. (Bookmark this page for quicker access.)
How Can I Set Up My Hub Profile?
To edit your profile on The Hub, click your name displayed in the site header, then select Profile, then Edit. Here, you can add a personal photo and a cover photo to your profile page. Additional personal information can be found via your profile at ACA Online.
Can I Get Notified When There Are New Posts in a Group?
Yes, members can opt in to receive email updates from The Hub. You can set up email preferences on The Hub by clicking your name displayed in the site header, then select Account, then Notification Settings.
To change email notification preferences for groups you’re a member of, visit My Groups and select one of your groups. From the group home page, select the Email Options tab. From there, you can set the level of email notifications you would like to receive. Note: Email notifications will be sent to the email address we have on file at your profile at ACA Online.
There are also shortcuts to My Groups and other key features of The Hub on the site’s homepage.
Feel free to alter your notification settings at any time. You can opt to get an email each time a post is made or you can get a daily digest of all the posts made to a particular group. If you do not select one of these options, you will not receive notices and will need to visit the Hub page to see new activity in your groups.
