BillingTree, an ACA International member company based in Scottsdale, Arizona, was acquired by REPAY in June 2021, ACA previously reported, and now the company is officially adopting the REPAY name and brand.
Between now and December 2022, BillingTree will be updating its website, technology platforms, processing statements and payment portals with the REPAY brand, according to a press release. As this transition happens, customers and members will notice the new REPAY logos and colors.
There are no planned changes to product functionality and features or user login credentials at this time, and customers will continue to have access to the same customer support and sales teams. The rebrand does not automatically change anything related to legal entities and/or contracts.
While all current BillingTree email addresses and phone numbers will remain operational, REPAY email addresses and email signatures will be integrated.
