BC Services, an ACA International member company based in Longmont, Colorado, recently announced the appointment of Chris Gaddis as its new CEO.
With 16 years of global Fortune 500 experience, Gaddis brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, general management, HR, and law.
Gaddis served as general counsel, chief human resources officer and, most recently, director of global innovation at JBS USA, the world’s largest protein company and second largest food company. During his tenure, he spearheaded numerous initiatives that led to unprecedented growth and market expansion. More recently, Gaddis has served as vice president at Arthur J. Gallagher in its total rewards consulting practice.

In his new capacity, Gaddis will be responsible for shaping and executing BC Services’ strategic vision, driving innovation, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
