ACA International’s new Alliance ACA partner, Learn.net, makes compliance training easy for collection agencies.
Learn.net’s software platform, Eterna, delivers one daily training question with reinforcing feedback from an extensive library of accounts receivable management (ARM)-focused tests on topics such as the FDCPA (including Reg F), FCRA, HIPAA, UDAAP, SCRA, cybersecurity and more.
Automate Your Annual Recertification and Training (ART)
Collection agencies can now automate their annual FDCPA (and soon HIPAA) recertifications with Eterna. You can assign Learn.net’s FDCPA ART course as-is, or let your subject matter experts customize the course with Learn.net’s cloud-based Author software.
ART is made up of several components, including an optional video introduction by your leadership, followed by an FDCPA refresher and a certification exam from a pool of FDCPA Eterna questions. Eterna software ART will notify your collectors 30 days in advance of their annual expiration and reassign ART, if desired.
ART can also be used to train and evaluate new hires by letting Eterna assign your own “new-hire orientation” ART work by job code.
As an Alliance ACA partner, Learn.net is making ART available at no additional cost to Eterna customers.
