Jeffrey “Kirk” McCracken, from Orange County, California, died on Jan. 5, 2024, at the age of 65, in Fulshear, Texas.
A dedicated accounts receivable management (ARM) industry professional, McCracken joined ACA International member company Todd, Bremer, & Lawson in 2015. Todd, Bremer, & Lawson is based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and is part of the South Carolina Collectors Association.
With nearly 30 years of experience in third-party collections, he made a remarkable impact on sales and service, most recently advocating against legislation affecting creditors in Colorado.
Outside of work, he was not just a provider but an incredible grandfather who attended baseball games and gymnastics meets, cheering on his grandchildren with boundless pride.
Preceded in death by his father, James, McCracken is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Patricia McCracken, and his daughters, Erin Triplett (husband Jake Triplett, grandkids Jeffrey & Grace Triplett) and Lisa Foster (husband Jon Foster, grandkids Lucas and Olivia Foster), his mother, Jackie McCracken, his brother, Mark McCracken, and sister, Gail Douglas.
