Scott Renner, the president of Velo Law, an ACA International member company based in Lansing, Michigan, was appointed by Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on April 11, 2024, to Michigan’s Collection Practices Board, according to a recent press release.
“I’m looking forward to this opportunity and am honored to be appointed,” Renner said. “It’s exciting to have a chance to serve not just the industry, but citizens and businesses in my home state.”
