Learn.net, an Alliance ACA microlearning and compliance training partner, has expanded its Fair Debt Collection Practices Act test for Eterna customers to include the debt collection rule FAQs that were updated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on July 27, 2022.
The CFPB’s debt collection rule FAQs are designed to clarify a debt collector’s electronic communication with consumers and unusual or inconvenient time and place provisions in the debt collection rule.
The expanded test is available to all Eterna customers at no additional cost and follows the recent addition of Eterna’s automated FDCPA Annual Recertification Training (ART) and refresher course.
If you are not currently a customer of Learn.net, contact [email protected] for a free, no-obligation 30-day trial of Eterna or if you have questions about adding the ART feature to your plan. You can also visit the Learn.net page on the Alliance ACA website.
Automate Your Annual Recertification and Training (ART)
As a refresher, collection agencies can automate their annual FDCPA recertifications with Eterna. You can assign Learn.net’s FDCPA ART course as-is, or let your subject matter experts customize the course with Learn.net’s cloud-based Author software.
ART is made up of several components, including an optional video introduction by your leadership, followed by an FDCPA refresher and a certification exam from a pool of FDCPA Eterna questions. Eterna software ART will notify your collectors 30 days in advance of their annual expiration and reassign ART, if desired.
ART can also be used to train and evaluate new hires by letting Eterna assign your own “new-hire orientation” ART work by job code.
As an Alliance ACA partner, the ART feature is available at no additional cost to Eterna customers.
