Lindenbaum v. Realgy: Court Lacks "Magic Wand" to Make Constitutional Violation Disappear

An Ohio court follows Louisiana court in finding the TCPA unconstitutionally void and unenforceable during the time period between 2015 and the 2020 AAPC decision; as a result the consumer lacked standing to sue for violations of the TCPA occurring during that time.
